Over the years we have received various amounts of First Aid training, whether it is in school, work or as part of our volunteering training.

3 years ago the British Heart Foundation released the advert you are about to watch.(Yes that is Vinnie Jones) It was a smash hit and the follow up films prove people were listening to the advice given.

We urge each and everyone one of you to learn simple First Aid skills. See if any classes are near you, or if your school/college/university offer lessons. Most lessons will be free so don't worry about costs. The skills you will learn are invaluable and you could save a life one day.

Here is a follow up video, we first read about the guy in our local paper and thankfully his friends knew what to do.
